Kryptofi offers a platform that allows users to execute cryptocurrency transactions and manage their digital assets. We reserve the right to change or terminate the services, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.
Please note that the Kryptofi service is currently in beta version. Although we do our best to ensure the stability and security of the service, there may be bugs, instability or other unforeseen problems that may arise during the use of the service. As a beta user, you acknowledge and agree that there is a risk associated with using the service, and that you may lose or lose access to the money you deposit. We encourage you not to deposit more money than you are willing to lose, and to be extra cautious when using the service. Kryptofi cannot and will not be responsible for losses or damages that occur as a result of bugs, instability or other problems that may arise in connection with the use of the service in beta version. We encourage you to give us feedback on any problems you may encounter so that we can improve the service and provide a better user experience in the future.
Kryptofi is a non-custodial service, which means we do not have access to or control over your private keys, passwords or other account information. This means that we cannot recover lost passwords, private keys or help you regain access to your cryptocurrencies if you lose access to your account. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you take the necessary precautions to protect and backup your account information, including your private keys and passwords. By using the services, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for the security and access to your account information and that Kryptofi cannot and will not be responsible for losses or damages that occur as a result of loss of access to your account.
To use the services, you must create an account by registering with an email address. You are responsible for keeping your email secured, and for all activity that happens on your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or other breaches of security.
To make it easier for users, we have chosen to expose tokens with names of the underlying financial product. For example, Wrapped Ether is shown as Ether, Wrapped Bitcoin as Bitcoin, USDc as USD, etc.
We do not have control over tokens or financial products exposed in the service. We do our best to only offer products and tokens that we believe are safe, but there is always a certain chance that something can go wrong. We encourage you to do your own research on tokens and financial products exposed in the service, and to be extra cautious when using the service. Kryptofi cannot and will not be responsible for losses or damages that occur as a result of bugs, instability, hacking or other problems that may arise in connection with the use of the service.
Your personal information and how we handle it, is described in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms. By using the services, you consent to our collection, use and sharing of your information in accordance with the privacy policy.
Kryptofi is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and specifically disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful software. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kryptofi, its officers, employees or agents shall not be liable for any kind of direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the services.
All content on Kryptofi, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of Kryptofi and is protected by international copyright laws.
